Our tank-liners are flat-bottom, open-top, single-use bags designed to line the interior of rigid, reusable, cylindrical drums or tanks used in biopharmaceutical mixing operations.
Liners are produced in accordance with GMP guidelines in our environmentally controlled fabrication area.

Materials
Our tank liners are commonly made using malleable single-ply or coextruded polyethylene film with a typical thickness of 5 mils. Provide us with a material specification, or let us recommend a material and thickness to help achieve your packaging goals.
Closure Methods
Our open-top design allows for closure by twist tie or heat seal, allowing continued use of the contents at a later date. Choosing the right closure depends on how frequently the contents will be accessed.
Optional Features & Secondary Operations
Optional gamma irradiation (25-45KGy) ensures sterilization that is both safe and cost-effective.
