Production Worker
📍 Location: Heritage Packaging, 625 Fishers Run, Victor, NY
💰 Pay Range: $16.50/hr
📅 Employment Type: Full-Time | 7:30AM-4:00PM | Monday-Friday | No Weekends

At Heritage Packaging, Production Workers help transform rolls of raw material into custom bags, pouches, liners, and protective packaging products used across a wide range of industries. From food ingredients and industrial manufacturing to clinical diagnostics and aerospace applications, our products help protect, contain, and preserve materials that people depend on every day.

What You’ll Do:
As a Production Worker, you'll support the manufacturing of custom bags, pouches, liners, covers, and specialty packaging products by performing a variety of production and assembly tasks.
Responsibilities may include:
Assembling, sealing, cutting, and packaging products according to work instructions
Operating manual and semi-automated production equipment
Self-checking work to ensure quality standards are met
Following production schedules and job specifications
Maintaining a clean, organized, safe, and production-ready work area
Reporting quality, equipment, or material concerns to supervisors
Working cooperatively with teammates to meet production goals
Following all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Stable work history or related educational experience
Manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience is helpful but not required
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand or move throughout the workday
Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds
Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements
Ability to work safely around manufacturing equipment
