Hiring: Production Output Monitor

📍 Location: Heritage Packaging, 625 Fishers Run, Victor NY
💰 Pay Range: $16.50 - $18.00/hr
📅 Employment Type: Full-Time | Day Shift M-F

We’re hiring a Production Output Monitor to track and record production activity on the plant floor. This is an active, hands-on role- not a desk job.

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform hourly counts of products across the plant

  • Record production data using an iPad

  • Identify and report jobs falling behind production targets

  • Update daily production records and staffing changes

  • Support the production team as needed

What You’ll Need:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Basic math skills

  • Comfortable using an iPad/tablet

  • Able to stay on task in a fast-paced environment
