Machine Operator
📍 Location: Heritage Packaging, 625 Fishers Run, Victor NY
💰 Pay Range: $18.00 - $26.00/hr (based on experience)
📅 Employment Type: Full-Time | Non-Exempt
Heritage Packaging is growing, and we’re looking for skilled, dependable machine operators to grow with us.
If you’ve got hands-on experience running pouch-making equipment in a flexible packaging environment, you might be the teammate we’ve been looking for. This isn’t an entry-level role-we’re seeking seasoned pros who know how to keep things running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
What You’ll Bring:
Direct experience operating pouch-making machinery
Solid understanding of flexible film materials and converting processes
Ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize equipment
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality + safety
