Application
     Various Governmental Agencies have requested that all gas control valves containing mercury be removed from residential applications. Problems with mercury spills during valve removal can and have occurred. The liability issues concerning these accidents are costly. Utilizing the latest in flexible film products, the “Gas Regulator Removal Bag” is designed specifically for control valve removal and to eliminate any possibility of spills or contamination during removal.

Solution
     The Gas Regulator Removal Bag is manufactured from specially blended 6MIL Linear Low Density Polyethylene. This is a high elasticity material with an in-line molecular structure that exhibits ample flexibility to sub-zero thermal conditions. The bag measures 20" x 30" and is transparent. Bottom seal failure is negated by implementing a two seal c-fold design and its heat seals are hermetic.

Testing
     This product is manufactured to MIL-B-117G specifications.
