Heritage Packaging owns and operates multiple large format heat sealers and associated modular production stages for efficient large cover production. On a daily basis we produce covers and shrouds that range from simple LLDPE dust covers to form fitting, vacuum seal-able, foil barrier preservation covers that have options such as EZ-Seal Flanges and vacuum valves (amongst others).
We routinely produce single custom covers on a per order basis and we also have the capacity for much larger volume orders; some program customers require covers and shrouds by the thousands.
The single largest value a Heritage Packaging designed cover system yields (aside from a well protected asset) is drastically reduced on-site labor costs. Our cover systems integrate any accessories with our proprietary design methods to provide a simple and efficient cover
system that reduces installation time and the risk of installation error. Even the way we pack our covers is designed around the concept of the end user being able to efficiently unfold and install the product.
Whether you require a custom shaped vacuum sealable cover or a simple dust cover, we strive to keep our lead times to a minimum while adhering to the utmost standards in quality and craftsmanship for all of our products and Mil-Spec products are additionally produced in compliance with MIL-DTL-117 (formally known as MIL-B-117). Our quality program is based upon MIL-STD-1916 and MIL-STD-3010. MIL-PRF materials are also available that satisfy the WVTR established by MIL-STD-2073 Preservation Submethod 44.
